Biography
Rhoda Osei-A is a PhD candidate in Political Science at the University of Toronto. Her dissertation research addresses why there are materialistic pressures on Members of Parliament in developing democracies in Africa. She also works as a Research Assistants Coordinator for the Elite Africa Project which brings together a team of researchers from the University of Toronto and other academic institutions to challenge and shift popular and academic understanding of African elites.
